	Thanks for the awesome BMC street racer bikes. Both bikes performed very well, we found them to be quite responsive. They were also well geared for both the flats and climbing. I appreciate that we were able to take them out during the social ride for a test ride and fit before setting off for 240 km. The service was exceptional. Very friendly staff - both through correspondence during booking and once we arrived at the shop. It was great to have all the kit for a roadside repair, which gave us peace of mind being on an unsupported trip. We also got some good route suggestions and things to see along the way. I attached a few photos and the route we took. Its highly recommended for those in town for a short duration and want to fit in some cycling. 	The bike was great. Seeing as we were climbing it was fabulous to have the triple chain ring! Had a couple of front wheel flats on downhills but the cartridges worked really well and refilled right up to 110 pressure. Thanks for your help. Laurence Slavin Ontario, Canada - 2012
	As you know, I was participating in the Cyclotour around the Lac Leman the 27th of May, 180 km, Instead of bringing my own racer from Sweden I found this great website and decided to rent the racer from Bike Switzerland and I am so pleased and it fulfilled all my expectations to complete such a great race. The bike was really great, new, clean and easy to ride and arrived at the train station in Lausanne from Geneva without a problem. 	Thanks for providing such great bikes and guidance for the bike trip my girlfriend and I did in Switzerland. I would like to add that I have been flying to Europe for the last ten years to do bike trips in the different regions and I have always brought my own bike with me. This was the first time I decided to rent a bike and it could not have gone any better. The bikes were of high quality, dependable and it was such a joy to not have to pack and fly my own bike over. Also, knowing that a bike is already waiting for me and ready to go is so comforting. In the past, I would always have to hold my breath when arriving in Europe and wondering if my bike made it as well and in one piece. One time it did not show up and another time it was damaged. Needless to say, both trips were ruined. Take all of the positive comments I just made and add to it your professionalism, knowledge and wonderful hospitality and renting from you is an obvious choice. I can promise you this...for any bike trips I do in Europe, if I am anywhere near Switzerland and can rent from you...I WILL !!!. It has been decided we will return in two years an spend one full week in the french alps and suffer on some of the famous cols . Thanks again to you John and the Crew . 	First of all … thanks. The bikes were great and allowed us to enjoy the Tour and the countryside on a whole new level. They were fun bikes to ride, responsive yet stable, and top quality. We did a number of rides around Mathonex/Samoens, with our “epic ride” being an ascent of the Col de Joux Plane followed by a great descent into Morzine, then through Les Gets, Taninges and back to Samoens. We did this on the rest day and met and chatted with Phil Anderson (Aussie cycling legend) at the café at the top, as well as spotting Lance out for his training ride … he did the same ride as us (but starting/finishing in Morzine) for his rest day ride !!! 	I rode a BMC AlpenChallenge 02 on my independent ride across Switzerland, and was daily impressed at what a great bike it was. It handled well on and off road, it shifted easily, the brakes did what they were supposed to do, and pedaling in the highest and lowest gears worked just fine. I'm used to riding a road bike that needs far more papmpering than the AlpenChallenge, and it was a real treat to ride an excellent bike on a beautiful journey. 	We're back in the states after a wonderful two weeks in Switzerland, with many great memories. I thought I'd drop you a note to let you know that we were very satisfied with our rental experience from Bike Switzerland, and would not hesitate to highly recommend your company to others interested in a rental or tour. The bikes were in great condition and, as your site indicates, were very well suited to the riding conditions we encountered. Also, the equipment (panniers, lock, phone, etc.) was clean and worked flawlessly (not always a given with rental gear). Finally, your mechanic in Geneva was very helpful when we returned the bikes. We knew he didn't speak English, but he did his best to communicate and I do appreciate his taking care of the reimbursement for the cost of that spoke repair. 	I was impressed with the bike I rented from you last week. I covered about 350km during the week. I wondered if you could let me have the specification for the bike.
